Our Work
Every programme is built around one idea — giving vulnerable animals a real chance at life.
Emergency support for abandoned, injured and vulnerable animals.
Treatment, medicines, surgery and recovery support when animals need urgent medical care.
Preventive care that helps protect animals from common diseases and parasites.
Regular food and nutritional support for animals recovering from illness, injury or neglect.
Safe recovery, emotional care and support for animals moving toward a healthier life.
Your support powers every life we touch — rescue, treatment, food and shelter.
Experience real-life rescue missions, daily veterinary treatments, and joyful recoveries captured directly on the streets of Gorakhpur.
Our rescue team rushed to Nawapar to safely extricate an injured stray dog trapped near a roadside construction site. Handled with protective care, stabilized on-site, and transported in our animal ambulance for urgent veterinary medical attention.
Street animals frequently suffer from deep maggot wounds and painful lacerations. Our trained team performs sterile wound debridement, soothing antiseptic ointment application, and protective gauze dressing right on-site to halt life-threatening infection.
Navigating narrow residential alleys in Gorakhpur to safely free a frightened street puppy trapped inside wire fencing without causing panic or further harm. Regular lane monitoring ensures vulnerable pups receive help before injuries turn critical.
Inside Neelam Foundation's recovery ward, a critically weak trauma patient receives life-saving intravenous saline, antibiotics, and constant comforting touch. Tender medical nursing and patient affection restore trust in once-terrified souls.
Rain or winter chill, Founder Neelam and volunteers head out late at night to distribute fresh, warm, nutrient-rich meals and clean water to 100+ street dogs who have no one else to feed them. Seva performed with pure spiritual love.
A distressing emergency call brought us this badly injured dog suffering from severe head trauma. Through days of intensive wound irrigation, stitches, pain relief, and round-the-clock observation, this brave fighter is steadily regaining strength.
